The description when the test is run is indeed saying that particular filter file will be skipped if the weight is already 20, saving your mail servers CPU processing time. Think of it this way: that all of the filter files are run, and that you have these directives to stop processing a particular file early. Put directives like SKIPIFWEIGHT and MAXWEIGHT at the top of your filter files to call your attention to these and remind you that they happen at the beginning of processing that filter file. Andrew.
