So that may not really indicate anything. Your first stop is of course the declude log files - what do they indicate? If necessary, turn up the debug level to see more detail. You can try running "decludeproc -diag" from the command line. It doesn't do anything but it will show you the valid commands that allow you to install/uninstall the service and show the Declude version.
