Hi, anyone experienced one account is inaccessible by webmail, smtp and POP to read or send mails?
When we logged to webmail as a Admin and impersonate the account, try to go to the inbox, we have to wait a lot of time and after 20 minutes gave a timeout error, Ibbos have 64 unread emails and 99 MB is the total size of the account. If you send an email from the same domain stays in the spool indefinitely, if you send an email to other users with copy to this account delivers to all users with an exception of this account. I cannot delete the account and I don't want to restart the smartermail service. Anything to do? Thanks Alex
