Non-authoritative answer:
2.0.0.127.cidr.bl.mcafee.com internet address = 127.0.0.4
2.0.0.127.cidr.bl.mcafee.com text =
"http://www.spamhaus.org/query/bl?ip=127.0.0.2"
Apparently just a daily zone transfer of the Spamhaus lists.
Should NOT be used, because you are simply doubling the weight assigned to
Spamhaus (besides, it lags up to 24 hours behind, not catching today's SPAM,
but still blocking yesterday's false positives):

Michael,
Resending because I did see my first post show up on the list.
I found Mcafee in the new global.cfg I downloaded from MBF yesterday. Not
much info on it but thought I would give it a try
