Agree with Andy, do not use the McAfee RBL, just use SpamHaus Zen directly.
I wanted to figure out the return vaues and the effectiveness, so I ran it as a test for a full day; all hits overlapped with SpamHaus RBLs: Return value 127.0.0.2 cites TXT record SpamHaus CSS Return value 127.0.0.3 cites TXT record SpamHaus SBL Return value 127.0.0.4 cites TXT record SpamHaus XBL (CBL specifically) Andrew.
