I'm just looking for a general pcre statement that can go in a filter to catch any email that has a particular attachment and I can apply a HOLD to. I used HTM and HTML because they also would appear inside the body as links. I do not want to trap the embedded URL's.
With this statement I should also be able to modify it to add to a new filter by creating lines for ZIP, MPG, etc. Just looking for a starting point. As a school, we often need to let things through that otherwise we would block. By holding those with certain attachments, I can easily release them if they are valid. Right now I am redirecting them using IMail. Just looking for a better way. For instance, if I wanted to trap mail that had an HTM or HTML attachment, but not get the ones with links in the body. I took a look at CBATTACH, but I'm not sure how to modify it to make a new filter to do the job. My PCRE skills are poor at best. Any help is appreciated. I'm using Imail and Declude.
