You need a simple DNS query tool and a bit of scripting. On a *nix box I will use dig. On a win* box the analog would be nslookup or you could get dig from here: http://www.isc.org/downloads/bind/ (ok, a lot more than just dig but it's in there). Once you have nslookup or dig you can query and DNS based RBL directly.
