Hi Dave,

I have the following triggers:

WEIGHT10r MAILBOX Junk+E-mail
WEIGHT15r MAILBOX Junk+E-mail
WEIGHT20 DELETE
WEIGHT10 SUBJECT SPAM [%WEIGHT%]

10r is the range of 10-15 and 15r is the range of 15-20.

So if my format for Junk+E-mail wrong?

Thanks,

Ben

Looks like a plus addressing issue, which can be either in SM or Declude or
both. For Declude do you have an action MAILBOX in your $default$.junkmail ?

Subject: [MBF]mail not delivered

Hi,

Every so often, I find out about an email to me that wasn’t delivered. The
consistent error message is that the system wanted to deliver it to the Junk
Mail folder and couldn’t do so for some reason. It happened again today:

Could not deliver message to the following recipient(s):

Failed Recipient: [email protected]
Reason: The recipient does not exist

It’s hard to say how often this happens to other accounts and just isn’t
reported to me. I’m pretty sure it’s a configuration error on my part, but I’m
not sure where. I do get mail in my Junk E-mail folder all the time. So can
someone tell me where I should look in the configuration? I’m running that
last version of Declude with SM 11.x (haven’t had the time to update to 12.x
yet).

Thanks,

Ben
