That was what I was afraid of. Thanks. From: Andy Schmidt Sent: Thursday, May 22, 2014 4:43 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [MBF] Re: imail list options
Scott, the “list server” in Imail is a basic as it can get – and there are no other features than what you see. For a more sophisticated digest format, you’d have to use a third party list server. From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Scott Fosseen - Prairie Lakes AEA Sent: Thursday, May 22, 2014 1:21 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [MBF] imail list options This may not be the place to post this. I am trying to de-clutter my inbox a little. What I have done was to create a list in imail that allows mail from anyone, and I am the only digest recipient. My goal is to use the list address as my mail address for things I need to see, but don’t need to look at instantly. I have the list setup and all is working well, but I would like to add a little more to the digest. What I want the digest message to have is an index at the top of all the messages including the “From” and “Subject” lines. This way I could scan the index at the top of the digest message and know if I need to look at any specific message in more detail. The List Digest option does have header, separator, and footer sections. Are their variables that can be used to dynamically change these sections? imail version 12. Thanks in advance.
