I have a piece of mail that I see in the SmarterMail SMTP log, then in the 
SmarterMail delivery log, but not in the Declude SPAM log.  The recipient's 
mail headers say it was whitelisted.  

My LogLevel in global.cfg is MID.  Is MID not high enough to record 
whitelisting?

I'm trying to figure out why this was whitelisted, and where.
