1. Make sure the actual sender of the email i.e. X-Declude-Sender: in
the header matches what is in the whitelist.txt file
2. Make sure there is no space at the end of the domain/address in the
whitelist.txt file

I have a few complaints this morning of senders who are definitely whitelisted,
but no matches show up with XWHITELIST ON
I have a copy of the header and it doesn't look spoofed. It looks pretty
plain, but it isn't whitelisted.

I found my whitelisted item. I had previously whitelisted the google APIs.
Now apparently the Google APIs are sending spam.

Hi Michael. If you open your global.cfg you will see a directive called
XWHITELIST towards the top of the file. Uncomment it and switch it to ON. Once
you do that, an XWHITELIST header will be added to any email that is
whitelisted by Declude and there will be a description telling you why it was
whitelisted.

I have a piece of mail that I see in the SmarterMail SMTP log, then in the
SmarterMail delivery log, but not in the Declude SPAM log. The recipient's
mail headers say it was whitelisted.
My LogLevel in global.cfg is MID. Is MID not high enough to record
whitelisting?
I'm trying to figure out why this was whitelisted, and where.
