Ferran, So far there hasn't been a separate common WG formed. It has been the efforts of various domain leads.
The main page for things group domains is at: http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcCommonArchitecture where you can see the start of a common Query/Filter spec. There is also some work to gather some common patterns and needs at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/OslcCommonNeeds At the moment there isn't a milestone plan for this.
