Hello All: First, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for responding to my earlier requests for information, your welcoming me, and the wealth of information provided on how to start a community garden. Your information has been very beneficial to us, and we thank you very much. Once again, I would like to appeal to your good nature for help on this subject of community gardens. I need a few people (any age) to share their experiences regarding the benefits of community gardens that can be used as part of a presentation I will give on the subject. If there is anyone, who would like to briefly share how the community garden has impacted their life, and would not mind my using the experience in my presentation, I would love to hear from you. If done properly, I hope my presentation will ultimately help us get the blessings and financial help of the Mayor and the City Council of our city. For this reason, I am calling upon the group for real life experiences as to the benefit of the gardens.
