SLUG was a San Francisco program that no longer exists. Is stood for San
Francisco League of urban Gardeners. The program in Seattle is called
P-Patch, and it is housed in the Office of Neighborhoods. Rich MacDonald is
the Director. King County may have some people that could also help out.

Is "SLUG" still around? It was a great group of very dedicated Seattle
gardeners. (Can't remember what the L and U stood for; Looney and united
maybe?)
And the folks at Seattle Tilth might have someone on staff who could
help, and...
