Responding to requests for updated Community Gardening Factsheets. As former ED of ACGA, I had as a priority developing updated, more readily available, comprehensive set of FAQ's about community gardening. HOWEVER, there are only so many hours in a day. This is in ACGA's Strategic Plan. Some funding has been raised and work is underway for a totally revamped website. Meanwhile, much of the material/information you seek is available on the current website. Suggestions:
1) Use the website search function 2) Review the "10 Tip" factsheets that can found in the PDFs of past newsletters 3) Use the search function of the email listserv archives 4) Purchase (very inexpensive) the Handbook of Community Gardening (yes printed in 1984, but the info is still very relevant & helpful.) 5) As Don suggests, join the ACGA Communications Committee and help with the production of the desired FAQs.
