Hello all, and greetings from Powell River, BC. I'm sure that this subject has come up in the past, but I can't find anything relevant in the archives. So - - -
We have a small community garden here in Powell River, attached to one of the local churches. We're trying to establish it as a more stable place, and eventually start creating more community gardening spaces in town. One of the gardeners who has put the most blood, toil, tears, and sweat into this garden wants us to write up a vision statement for community gardening in town, as a way of starting to get moe people on board (including our beloved civic leaders). Does anyone out there have (or can anyone point to) some examples of vision statements that we could use as models while we sit and think about how to write ours?
