Stacey, You may want to contact the Camden office of the Rutgers Agricultural Extension as a way to tap into the institutional memories of their extension agents and master gardeners
Rutgers/Camden Ext Office This link to the City of Camden's website should help you contact the folks in the Parks & City Planning Depts who might be able to get you some leads. Also, the site has currently posted RFPs - one is for soil testing. You might, if you play it right, be able to piggy-back your soil testing onto that if you know your local politicians. Best wishes, Adam Honigman Volunteer, Clinton Community Garden > Subj: [cg] (no subject) > Date: 8/28/03 9:13:36 PM Eastern Daylight Time > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > Sent from the Internet > > > > > i just started subscribing to the list and i am interesting in reading what > i missed about gardening in camden. i just moved to camden and am currently > involved in starting up some gardens and would love to hear if anyone knows > any history to share. thanks > >
