If I go with Option A, I will have volunteers paper tape each 
section together prior
to Plant Day (this is the option I am leaning toward).


There's really no reason to tape the newspaper. Just fold it and lay 
it between your rows. The folding can be done as folk lay the paper 
down.

Make it easy on yourselves.
