Jason Fligger is no longer with the Hunger Action Coalition. I tried reaching him at home but he did not return my call. Rumor has it that he has gone back to farming on his own, but since I've never talked to him, I don't know if it's true.
I do have some information about community gardens in Grand Rapids but since it's incomplete I'm going to respond off-list. If there's a link to Jason Fligger's project, I'd love to see it - it sounds absolutely extraordinary. I am looking for information on community gardens, specifically in Michigan, because I am from Detroit. I have been pretty unsuccessful in locating people who can give me any information on their experiences with community gardens in Michigan. I came across this listserv during my reseach and it appeared as if this may be helpful in finding someone who can provide me with either information or a contact in order to further my research. Please let me know asap, my research is due this Thursday. Look forward to talking to you. Thanks so much. ______________________________________________________ The American Community Gardening Association listserve is only one of ACGA's services to community gardeners.
