Elvira, Practically,it would be best to go to your local Cuban consulate a few months in advance of your trip to arrange work as part of your ecotour of this worker's paradise. It is, as you know, a command economy - and I'm sure you would have work if you coordinated your trip with the sugar cane harvest, for example.
