first someone offers a novel idea at a cost, and then others site similar reasons for raising their costs, then others get involved to try to make big profit. its capitalism. questions, is the rooftop in an affluent neighborhood? whats the rent? how was the location chosen? why does limited space increase share value? in my humble opinion greed is brought on by greed anger and delusion. anger by anger delusion and greed, and delusion by delusion, anger and greed. -- feed two birds with one seed
