Anyone ever heard of a CG with chicken coops set up like veggie plots? So
instead of a shared flock, individuals/families can have their own birds and
eggs? And if you have contact info, that would be great. Thanks.

On the data base thing. I've had three consecutive interns working on the
database here in Atlanta. One of them produced the craziest document I've ever
seen in my life... looking at the spread sheet is like looking into the
wreckage of an insane persons mind. She did eventually graduate from college,
somehow. But two interns later, it's still not done... most of the gardens are
moving targets of rotating leadership, changing membership, disconnected
telephone numbers, elderly people passing into another plain of existence,
garden clubs crapping out, sprouting up, crapping out again.

The advantage of having autonomous gardens is the great diversity of
expression, the advantage of a municipal program is that you can put them into
a database.
