We are working on a new community garden in Syracuse, NY and will be installing
raised beds over a hard-packed mixed gravel lot that seems to drain okay (no
real puddling). I am hoping folks could tell me the advisable height to build
the beds so that they can accommodate a wide variety of plantings. I looked
through the listserv archives and came up empty.
