Guys - I wondered if your gardens have programs for people who want to rent
plots but have a financial hardship? I have three specific questions...

   1. Do you have a provision for renting plots to people who can't afford
them? (I know community garden plot rentals are typically very low already
but it is still hard for some people with financial hardships (i.e. they are
receiving public assistance etc.) to justify the expense.
   2. If you do have a program, do you require the member submit any
documentation to justify it or do you just take them on their word when they
say I would like to garden but can't afford it.
   3. If you do have these sorts of provisions, do you publicize them on
your websites or only address it if somebody asks specifically?

Thank you in advance for your responses!
