Both Scotts potting soils listed in the Washington State Department of Agriculture, seem to be high in Cobalt. I have not found what is an acceptable level for the trace metal cobalt, but the State guidelins state that no more than .594ppm may be added to soil on an annual bases. One of the Scotts product is at 24 the other at 33 ppm.
