Two questions from Heartland Gardens @ Fort Myers, Florida:

1. We are planning on implementing *Garden Work Days* on Mondays to
coordinate volunteers and wanted to ask if anyone has suggestions and/or a
list drawn up on what would be included on the 'To Do List' and how the
agenda/hours would play out? We are open 9-5 as we are also a non-profit
organization w/ two full-time staff. Hope to keep it relatively simple but
don't want to overlook something important.

2. We have classes scheduled currently on Wednesdays and Thursdays (with one
class Sat morning) @ the following times:

Mornings from 9a thru 10:30a
Evenings 5:30p thru 7p
with Evening kids classes from 4p to 5p
Sat Course (Crop Cultivation) 9:30a to 11a

Is this schedule conducive to attendance? Should we make any times earlier
or later? Does the Sat class make sense or would it be better serving on a
weekday? We've had about 1 morning student for every 8 evening
students...will likely discontinue them.

Would love to hear your advice and stories.

Thanking you,
--
