The American Community Gardening Association and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation are offering four $250 grants for articles about gardening programs that are fighting childhood obesity. If you have a gardening program designed to fight childhood obesity, follow the instructions below and submit your article by May 30, 2011.
- Submit a news article, three hundred words or less, about what is being done in your school/community garden to combat childhood obesity. - Please provide 2-3 photos of your project. - Articles are due by May 30, 2011. - Please email or mail (postmarked by May 30, 2011) articles to [email protected] or American Community Gardening Association 1777 E.
