We're about to start a Community Orchard in Watsonville, CA, under the small nonprofit Mesa Verde Gardens (which now runs 3 community gardens with a 4th coming on next year). Before we have a chance to make mistakes, we'd love to hear about pros and cons, suggestions and cautions, dos and don'ts from others who have started or work with community orchards. Thank you.
