Hello Everyone,The garden is nearly finished! Yay!Every garden, and every gardener has a different personality. This is something we all know! The construction phase of the garden we are working on has been held in the hands of a relative few people...shepherding all the materials, volunteers, etc.In spite of the fact that a larger committee should have been formed to see the transition, it seems the process will stall without someone taking charge to see this through to planting (about a 3-6 month process).Anyone have a guess as to how many hours an interim manager should expect to put in to make this transition? I know there are lots of variables..naturally. But there must be some threshold as to a minimum.Just wondering!! All comments are welcome! Thanks Dave
