What about having the beds raised so the seniors don't have to bend. Could be 
built  with plywood or other cheap materials.

OK, here's a deep question for you.  Using the list below for categorizing our 
partners... do you think there is any advantage in breaking out #6?
 All of the senior gardens we work with are subsets of #1-4, naturally.
 Pulling them out skews those numbers, unless we double-count or get into 
useless minutia of detail.  I''m leaning toward eliminating it.  What say you?
