I've translated the es-AR, it's not in "Argentinian" but neutral spanish, so I think you could do what Kless says, just copy it. I think there are still some entries to translate, because I had some troubles with the site during the translation. Also, there are still a lot of texts in CE that are not translated and you be converted to keys and translated in the yml file.
