So I have my ami up and working. I ran into one small problem. Either
rails needs to be upgraded in the AMI or add a note saying upgrade
rails before running ce_setup.rb because it complains that Engine only
works on Rails 2.1.1 or above, and the AMI has Rails 2.1.0
