I think I may have figured out something here that is a good start.

What I did is I added the following line in /shared/
_admin_nav.html.haml:

 %li= link_to_unless_current :users.l, admin_users_path

This allows me to search for users and delete them via the Admin
Dashboard. Too bad it doesn't have the ability to create new users :(
