Sorry about the confusement, I did not knew about that wiki, I
followed the wiki in github which is not complete.
Perhaps a good idea to update that without this info from the link you
posted i would not have been able to get it up and running.

I rewrote the theme_controller to rewrite the urls, default my js and
css is now in public, no more theme folder
and all views in /app/views
