Hi CE Community I've been trying out CE but have been trying to determine why rendering time was so long. A search in this groups showed a few threads with the same issues but did not conclude with any solutions or findings. There was one mentioning about running CE in production vs development. I tried running CE in production and got rendering times of around 800ms and that is not normal for a rails app.
There was also another thread pointing to a bug in desert causing load templates in recompile for every request but there wasn't any records of any bugs reported to desert on the desert github side. So again not sure how that was resolved or even resolved? This seems like a major issue for CE and effect CE's adoption by new users just checking out CE and trying to determine if they should use CE for their projects.
