I checked out your demo, and I am very impressed. Thanks for the great work.
Before I go ahead an attempt to install CommunityEngine on my server, I would like to first establish that I am up to date. 1. Will a redhat distro with the following specs: Linux version 2.6.9-42.ELsmp ([email protected]) (gcc version 3.4.6 20060404 (Red Hat 3.4.6-2)) #1 SMP Wed Jul 12 23:27:17 EDT 2006 be sufficient to host CommunityEngine? Or, is it necessary to update the system to a more recent release? Better use different distribution? 2. The RoR project recommends using version Ruby version 1.8.7. Is this version appropriate for CommunityEngine? 3. Current Rails version is 2.3. Again, is that the appropriate version for CommunityEngine? TIA. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "CommunityEngine" group. To post to this group, send email to [email protected].
