That was my first thought too and I had tried.  Unfortunately, I was
still getting the mime-types from the mime-types.yml that's under ../
community-engine/engine_plugins/mimetype-fu/lib.  That kind of
overriding does not seem to work.  I vaguely remember that I had tried
with a different plugin a long tome ago and wasn't successful either.

Is there some other secret to it - or can it simply not be done?
