Hi all, Finally got fed up with manually moderating spam and decided to add Akismet support (through the Rakismet gem) to CE. See this commit (edge):
http://github.com/bborn/communityengine/commit/b91d4405d8f1b949679456a181f7a75142563129 It's pretty basic (anything Akismet detects as spam is refused, no way to mark things as ham, etc.), but it works for me.
