Hi Martin...
Not sure if this is the cause, but I don't see a specification of the
location of your credentials file (s3.yml) for s3 storage.. something like
this in your application_config.rb:
:storage => 's3',
:s3_credentials => Rails.root.join('config', 's3.yml')
