Dear colleagues, Two open postdoc positions are available in the Neural Dynamics Lab led by Memming Park at the Champalimaud Centre for the Unknown in Lisbon, Portugal. We are looking for motivated scientists and engineers with experience and passion in two broad areas related to analysis of neural recordings: (1) statistical neuroscience, signal processing & control, and/or real-time systems, (2) machine learning (VAE, active learning, meta learning), theoretical neuroscience, and/or dynamical systems. The project is centered around inferring the effective dynamics and latent neural computation at the population level from a closed-loop neural recording system.
