Modellers Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox This online course is for researchers who wish to simulate user-defined dynamical models using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox (bdtoolbox.org<http://bdtoolbox.org>). The toolbox allows the dynamics of any model to be explored interactively with minimal programming effort. Video lectures guide the student through every step of the process with a practical focus on the art of programming differential equations. Topics include Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
