Remember to check the DNS servers allocated to your machine, not
just the ones for the domain.
For the ones supporting harrisonburg.k12.va.us, it looks like
your ns1 and ns2 are forwarding elsewhere. (I query ns1/ns2 and get
a reply from somwhere in the same /16 as you).
