The best way to help with the Quranic Arabic Corpus is to participate in the
annotation review effort. i.e. to review the existing tags in the corpus,
please see here for examples:

With regards to your second question, you may find the following link

However, I would stress that in order to contribute you need to have a
certain standard of Quranic Arabic Grammar, although please feel free to
discuss things via the messageboard, as all contributions are indeed
welcome!
