i dont know much about the history of basic and what it's developed into,
basically i used to learn it as a kid with mum from the manual we got.

i'd like to know how i can set up my mac SE to do some similar programming
i'd assume it already has a language it prefers, applesoft or some such.
is there a way i can get in there and do fun little exersizes
like i used to do on the Apple II?
is there a manunal out there for this kind of thing?

please let me know.
