In light of the recent flamefest on Vintage Macs, and given the propensity of the FAQ to generate a goodly number of comments in its own right (the recent flamewar notwithstanding), I've decided to go ahead and put up a FAQ forum for discussion of topics specifically related to the FAQ. I'd like to see it be a place where people who have constructive criticism, additions, corrections, or whatever else can post something and generate a bit of discussion about it. Don't let that stop you from e-mailing me privately, though, because that's still the best way to get errors corrected (yes, Ken Creppin, I know the Archive link isn't working right now) or additions made. To whomever it was that suggested Dan could use the extra traffic, somehow I don't think Dan will be too disappointed if he loses 20 vitriol-filled messages every six months ;) (Those things usually get three chilies in Eudora 5, FWIW, and boy, that can get amusing.) Tonight's update consists of the following: Added more PRAM battery information and clarified the differences in PRAM batteries across 68K models.
