Suspect the motherboard is toast. If the RAM is OK, matched, no signs of
damage,etc., peer at the motherboard intently with magnifying reading
glasses for signs of water-stains, heat or darkened damaged parts.
Again, be SURE the RAM is OK before you trash the thing.
