Hi everyone (colourclassic hackers in particular),

I'm planning to turn one of my Compacts into a custom Color Classic, using a
LC475 mobo and a 9" colour monitor (VGA) a friend gave me. During a
preliminary test I found that the monitor works just fine on a 475, apart
from this: the tube flickers every now and again and pretty often also the
whites turn into a yellowish green. Anyone among you knows what causes this
problem and how about a not too expensive remedy?

Thanks, Jan Kistemaker
