>Thanks Stuart. >I'm trying to make a adaptor because I can't get the HDD unless I show the <the pickle writes. <What's your time worth, hourly? <How much time have you spent on this so far? <How much more do you expect to spend making it work?
If I was concerned about money I would not be playing with Macs. It's a hobby not a job. I think I can get the drives for free if I can show they are wiped. I expect to have two hours in the cables. So far, 15 minuets. I don't have money to buy parts that I'm not sure I want. <My guess is you'll find that it's cheaper to buy the adapter. Apples and oranges. Time does not = money. <Or use a PowerBook to wipe the drives... Don't have one. johnsn -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
