You can't be getting JAVA errors with NN2. They must be JavaScript errors. JavaScript has nothing to do with Java, IOW there is no Java in JavaScript. I digress. As I suggested in a previous post, turn off Java Script, it's in NN2 security preferences. If you are using OT 1.1.2 with 7.1, did you install OT 1.1 before OT 1.1.2 as I suggested? If you are using OT get rid of Config PPP control panel and PPP extension. Get rid of FreePPP control panel and use PPP control panel from OT/PPP instead. Use Modem control panel installed by OT/PPP to set up modem. In TCP/IP control panel select Advanced User Mode and in Options uncheck the "Load only when needed" box.
