I have acquired a number of LC575s,475s and various other older Macs. Our School replaced them (with used PCs ..SHUDDER!!!) Anyway I am giving some of these to families without computers and to some seniors. Most of the computers have OS 8 or 8.1 with 20 megs of RAM (some have more). How well do these machines work with dial-up Internet Access? and what do I need to do to get them Online. ? I tried one and it accessed alright but the Browser wouldn't find any URLs. (Netscape 3.0). Any help is much appreciated.
